Cynthia Everage
Cynthia and Curt Clemenson started Earth Foundation together in 1990 by presenting a slideshow of Curt's pictures of the rainforest the way it was and the way it is to schools all over Houston. After working diligently for a few years, the organization was able to make its first $1 million dollar donation to The Nature Conservancy. Cynthia has a true passion for conserving highly endangered ecosystems and understands the merits of educating the younger generations about rainforest preservation. Her travels to different ecosystems around the world have given her a well developed sense of empathy for the endangered animals who are not able to speak out when they see their families and homes being destroyed. When she's not helping her employees to stuff and mail out 300 packets of curriculum she can be found chasing her two fluffy bunnies around the house whenever they need to take medicine or just want to play!

Nikki Hilton
Nikki has been with Earth Foundation for about 10 years. She worked tirelessly in our Houston office until she moved to New York City with her husband a few years ago. It only took a few months before Nikki missed being part of something that made a difference so much that she set up a satellite office out of her home in New York City. As well as being an account manager, Nikki is an integral part of finding conservation-minded people to work on our team. She also takes care of several tasks to keep Earth Foundation running smoothly and answers every annoying question that her coworkers might have without the slightest hint of frustration! Her husband, a very gifted tennis player, and her beautiful white lab, Berkeley, keep her busy in New York when she's not working. Nikki is passionate about all things related to theatre and film which is why we can't pry her away from New York City!

James Green
James' first day on the job five years ago was traveling to Panama with the Earth Foundation crew to visit endangered rainforest. After seeing the devastation of such a biodiverse area, he and the team were able to raise over $1,000,000 for the site. In his previous life, James owned a computer manufacturing company. He now leads a double life as an account manager and as the number one guy to keep our computer systems humming along perfectly. He is also extremely talented in showing patience with his technologically challenged coworkers who frequently utter the phrase, "This computer is possessed! I didn't do it!" James also spends many nights developing our marketing materials such as our "20 Acre Club Poster" and the incentive prize poster. When Houston is not in its monsoon season, our Lance Armstrong look-alike can be found dodging Houston drivers as he rides his bike to work.

Bernal Delgado
Bernal, our warehouse manager, is a native of the beautiful country of Costa Rica. He is responsible for keeping our teachers happy with on-time deliveries of their t-shirts and prizes. Bernal also helps keep all the Earth Foundation staff happy with their various requests for teachers. "Can you send this teacher 15 more t-shirt posters and 4 more incentive posters? This person needs to exchange the dolphin for the shark and needs it before her son's birthday party. Can we make it in time?" When he's not packing t-shirt orders during the week, he'll be at his coworkers house with a smile at 7 am on a Saturday if they need help moving furniture. Bernal and his partner Sonia are also anxiously awaiting the arrival of their first born child!

Kellie Findley
Kellie has been Earth Foundation's jack of all trades. Currently in her fourth year, she is trying her hand as an account manager, taking over for Tina, who moved to Washington over the holiday. After having spent 1 year in shipping and 2 years assisting the account managers she's ready to give it her all. Kellie moved back to her home town of Flint, MI with her husband, Lance, in the summer of 2005 and is now working remotely from her home office. When she's not busy recruiting new teachers, she enjoys watching "Survivor" and playing on-line video games with her friends around the world!
